With the choice of three daily departures from Cairns (8:30am, 10:30am, 1pm), the GREEN ISLAND ECO ADVENTURE is perfect for visitors with limited time, offering a half or full day experience. You will have a choice of inclusions, and with a range of exciting optional activities, you can even design your day at your own pace.

Choose your way to experience the reef – stay dry in a glass bottom boat coral viewing tour or choose snorkelling equipment to swim and snorkel directly from the white sandy beaches.
Lunch and snacks can be purchased from the island's food and refreshment outlets. Choose from a range of delicious and affordable meal and snack options... Enjoy a burger, cafe style lunch or a delicious hot and cold Aussie Buffet, or just grab a sandwich and a snack and get back to the art of relaxation and adventure! You can even dine at Green Island Resort's Emerald's Restaurant with set course menus or a la carte available. The island’s well appointed day visitor facilities also include a pool bar, dive shop and resort gift shop.

As a Great Adventures guest, you’ll also be able to enjoy many exclusive inclusions such as the use of the island swimming pool and a self guided eco island walk to discover some of the island’s unique rainforest flora.

This is the fastest trip to Green Island and that means more time for you to enjoy this beautiful island - you can spend up to 7 hours in tropical paradise!

If you’d like to snorkel more, you can join a boat snorkel trip to one of the best dive and snorkel sites just a few minutes offshore from the island (additional cost). Or if you prefer, just relax on the white coral sand beaches.

For the more adventurous, there’s a wide range of optional activities to experience. Scuba dive, join a snorkel excursion, and even walk underwater with Seawalker helmet diving. For an exhilarating top-side perspective of the reef, there’s parasailing and scenic helicopter flights too! There’s even the Marineland Melanesia Crocodile Habitat with daily crocodile shows.
