Description:
Two hour morning ride on an easy ride to stunning Hanging Rock in the Blue Mountains. This is a great introductory ride only 7.6kms long allowing you to explore a remote and spectacular part of the Blue Mountains, rarely seen by tourists to the Blue Mountains. Hanging Rock is a 100m huge sandstone block which has become detached from the cliff face and protrudes over the magnificent Blue Mountains' Grose Valley. This two hour experience including mountain biking tuition. Note: For those looking for a longer ride, this tour forms part of our Full Day Best of the Blue Mountains' mountain biking adventure which incorporates this ride and Narrow Neck afterwards.

Ride Grade: Easy. This is a 2 to 2.5 hour biking tour, including mountain biking tuition and is suitable for all persons with average fitness from beginners to advanced.

Our activities will normally operate in all but exceptional weather conditions. Conditions such as fog, mist, drizzle, showers, rain,sleet and windy conditions do not affect normal operation of our activities. Please bring a lightweight wet weather jacket (wet weather pants optional).

The Blue Mountains is around 2 hours from Sydney, rather than find your own way there via numerous train & bus connections, why not less us pick you up from any hotel in the Sydney CBD or Manly area and drop you off at the end of the day.
Please note: Sydney Hotel pickups are available for this tour. However if the guide is required to stay in the Blue Mountains to do an afternoon tour, clients have a choice of selecting a one way transfer and finding their own way back to Sydney on the train or enjoying free time in the Blue Mountains after their ride until the guide is ready to return to Sydney at 4.30pm

Please Bring:
We suggest bringing a backpack to carry all your personal items. To ensure you keep well hydrated, please bring at least 1.5 litres
of drinking water (on extremely hot days double this amount). We also recommend a hat and sunscreen.
