Experience a true eco-cruise along the scenic coast of Phillip Island to Seal Rocks. Feel the atmosphere as the skillful captain maneuvers the cruise amongst the rocks where thousands of fur seals play! You are in for a truly amazing wildlife and educational eco-experience!
Description From the time you drive over the bridge to Phillip Island, you are entering into a wildlife zone as the island is home to an abundance of natural wildlife like koalas, penquins and seals. We will meet you at the northern point of Phillip Island, where you will be boarding one of our modern cruisers. As you depart the jetty, you are welcomed onboard, introduced to the cruise rangers who take you through a few safety demonstrations and tell you a little about the itinerary of the days cruise.
On the way out to Seal Rocks, you will learn about the history, flora and fauna of the Island as special points of interest are past. Then as you get closer to Seal Rocks, you will start to feel the sensation of going over the long swells that come in from Bass Strait. On the most south-westerley point of Phillip Island, you will stop for a look at the great Nobbies Cave for a photo opportunity, then head out across the waters to Seal Rocks where as you are drifting amongst thousands of seals. Your cruise rangers and captain will interpret what the seals are doing, with the different antics they get up to as they bask on the nearby rocks.
You will be within just a few metres of the seals all whilst in the comfort and safety of your boat. After spending 20 to 30 minutes with the seals, the cruiser will commence a return trip, whilst the captain points out the scenic southern coastline and will encourage you to watch out for the resident dolphins or penguins as you cruise back.
On the return trip, you can enjoy complimentary afternoon tea including tea / coffee, biscuits and cake, or purchase drink or two from our licensed bar. You are also welcome on the bridge of the cruiser on the return trip to visit the captain or sit back and watch one of the marine-life documentaries shown on the return trip.

Seal Watching Cruises: Depart Daily at 2pm Take a 2 hour scenic cruise along Phillip Islands beautiful coastline to Seal Rocks, this is home to an amazing wild seal colony of up to 5000+ seals, here you will be enchanted as you drift within only metres from thousands of Australian Fur Seals, with many of them approching the boat with curiosity.
Wilsons Promontory Full Day Cruise: Departs Port Welshpool 9.30am and Returns 6.30pm On a proms cruise, you willexoperience the rugged beauty, and soul enriching atmosphere of cruising along the majestic caostling of Wilsons Prom Marine Park, with the goldern beach lined mountains stretching up out of the sea, you will witness the esquisite colurs of its granite islands, see the dolphings and seabirds playing, and explore the beautiful bushland or snorkel in its pristine waters on a stop at on of the remote coves. On your full day cruise you will also see Prom Lighthouse, Skull Rock and hundreds of seals at Kanowna Island.
Whale Watch Eco Cruise: Departs Hervey Bay 10.30 returns 3.30pm from July to November. Cruise along the world famous Fraser Island with a full running comentry, keeping a keen eye out for Dolphins, Turtles, Dugongs and the occasional Dingo on your way out to Hervey Bay Marine Park to see the majestsic Southern Humpback Whales. Watch as these magnificent creatures tail slap, pec slap, breach and sometimes swim right up to the boat, listen to the whales sing with the underwater hydraphone whilst enjoying a delisous tropical lunch.

Pickup Time:

Pick up your boarding passes at the Rotunda Building located at The Jetty Car Park The Esplanade Cowes, Phillip Island. After you have picked up boarding passes make your way down to the end of the Jetty (Pier) for boarding on the Kasey Lee.

Itinerary:

Passengers suffering from motion sickness are advised to take any necessary precautions. Passengers must be able to climb up to 11steps to board the cruiser. Please note this cruise operates into open waters and passengers are to follow crews intructions and take care in moving about the cruiser

How To Get There:

From Melbourne, head out on the south-east freeway and follow the signs to Phillip island. You will turn onto the South Gippsland Highway, which eventually turns into the Bass Highway. This will take you straight to Phillip Island. Simply follow Phillip Island Tourist road to Cowes and see the Wildlife Coast Cruises Rotunda Office next to the jetty
