Description:
Travel with a Japanese speaking guide to the Valley of the Winds Walk at Kata Tjuta (the Olgas). On the way, with time permitting, stop at a lookout to take photographs of the panoramic views of the southern side of Kata Tjuta. With your Japanese speaking guide commence the 2km walk to base of Valley of the Winds. Along the way your Japanese speaking guide will point out and explain flora and fauna unique to this semi-arid environment. Spend some time exploring Walpa Gorge and the unusual conglomerate rock formation. On your return to the coach enjoy a refreshing drink of barley tea and a cool lemon scented refresher towel. Travel to the Uluru (Ayers Rock) sunset viewing area. A stop will be made at the Kata Tjuta viewing area to take photographs of the breathtaking view of the massive domes (with time permitting). At the Uluru Sunset Viewing Area view and photograph the changing colors of Uluru as the sun sets, accompanied by Australian sparkling wine and canapés. Return to Ayers Rock Resort.
