Learn about bush tucker and medicine as they share some of their extensive knowledge of this special area and how they care for their country. We farewell the Kubirri Warra brothers as we continue north Silky Oaks Lodge for a delicious lunch overlooking the pristine river. Travel to Tranquility on the Daintree, a secluded private property where the spectacular Niau Waterfalls await, seducing you for a swim in its cool cascading waters. You will see strange, primitive plants and learn about the original French settler family, hear of their incredible story of survival. We then continue our insight into North Queensland’s intriguing Aboriginal culture with a visit with Binna, artist in residence at Janbal Aboriginal Gallery for an authentic art experience.
