DAY 1 - FULL DAY ON OSPREY V

Osprey V is a “state of the art” very high-speed 35-metre vessel, with a cruising speed of 30 knots, providing comfort and safety for a maximum of 100 passengers.

Osprey departs Cairns daily offering a fast, comfortable and affordable cruise, with five hours spent visiting two spectacular Outer Great Barrier Reef Destinations. (Hastings, Saxon or Norman Reef) Professional, friendly and attentive staff ensures a safe and enjoyable fun filled experience.

DAY 2 - CAPE TRIBULATION DAY TRIP

Enjoy an unforgettable day of fun, discovery and adventure exploring the majestic rainforests, pristine rivers and white sandy beaches of the World Heritage Listed Cape Tribulation and Daintree National Parks with our professional, friendly and experienced guides. Cape Tribulation is the only place in the world where two-world heritage listed regions live alongside each other.

• Visit the Wildlife Habitat and pat a koala or feed kangaroos
• World Heritage Listed Daintree National Park and Mossman Gorge for a guided walk
• Sumptuous 5 star Tropical Lunch of either Barramundi, steak or vegetarian option available
• Cape Tribulation beach and foreshore walk
• 1 hour cruise on the majestic Daintree River spotting Crocodiles & wildlife

One of the fastest vessels travelling to the true outer Great Barrier Reef, Osprey V allows you to spend more time enjoying the reef and less time travelling. This large modern mono-hull vessel offers over 5 hours at 2 amazing outer reef locations, and with activities for the whole family the Osprey provides the perfect day out at great value.

The Osprey departs daily from Cairns at 8:30am and returns at approx. 5:00pm. Enjoy an Aussie BBQ lunch including fish, steak, sausages, vegetarian, tropical salads and pastas. Then relax in comfort in the modern air-conditioned lounges or laze around on the spacious sundeck after joining the many in-water activities.

On the way home sing along with the on-board entertainer Elvis as he sings and performs his famous didgeridoo show.

For the Snorkellers:
Whether you’re a non-swimmer or an Olympic medallist Down Under Cruise & Dive caters for everyone. With professional Divemasters, specialised flotation devices and FREE dedicated snorkel guides, you'll feel safe in the water whatever your experience level.

For the Certified Divers:
With over 12 exclusive dive sites, the Osprey provides great options for the certified diver. Dedicated Divemasters/Instructors maintain the utmost safety while allowing you to explore to the limits.

For the Introductory Divers:
No experience necessary! Experience the reef the way the fish do in perfect safety, by taking a dive around the reef with one of their professional Dive Instructors. If you’re not sure try the FREE 5 minute trial before you dive!
