You may feel goose-bumps as you hear the bizarrre stories, experience the atmosphere as you walk through the mystical stranglehold of The Rocks. Journey through areas where shadows creep, walk the narrow alleyways and courtyards. Discover how a haunted past has created the spirits of today.

The Rocks Ghost Tour will take you on a two hour lantern-lit walking ghost tour of the historic Rocks area in Sydney - the birthplace of Australia. On your haunting stroll you will be told stories of murder, suicide, hangings, hauntings and ghosts while walking along cobblestone lanes and alleyways into the dark hidden parts of The Rocks on Sydney Harbour. An old convict colony – the deep dark past of the Rocks in Sydney will be opened up to you and will bring your imagination to life in a way that other tours can’t and will give you some of the history you may never have heard. Discover how a haunted past of Sydney and the surrounds has created the spirits of today and join us on The Rocks Ghost Tour.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time, our tours leave on time. Please note, we do not pick up from Hotels.

Tours depart from Cadman's Cottage, corner of George and Argyle Sts, The Rocks. This is opposite The Orient Hotel, next to the park on the gravelled area, harbourside of the Cottage. Please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time, our tours leave on time. Please note, we do not pick up from Hotels.
How To Get There:
Public Transport by Train, Bus or Ferry to Circular Quay. From there, a 5-minute walk along the Harbour promenade will take you to the Cottage. Street parking is available in Argyle St or there are parking stations in Harrington Street, 5 minutes walking distance from Cadman's Cottage.

Please Bring:
Comfortable walking shoes and warm clothing for those cooler evenings. Tours run in all weather, ponchos are provided in wet weather.

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13 YEARS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED TO ATTEND. Teenagers 13-17 years can only attend between Sunday to Thursday evening (not Friday or Saturday) and must be accompanied by an Adult. Only 2 teenagers allowed per booking.
